RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We thank You and appreciate Your purchase with Zuccii. Please read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Declaimer and Shipping Policy and other processes carefully as they will give You important information and guidelines about Your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase You make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements.

If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not shipped by the seller then the order shall be cancelled and the full amount of the order shall be refunded.

In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for a refund due to product fault, delivery of the wrong product, partial product, etc. the refund is processed.

All refunds shall be credited within 5 to 7 working days into the Account details put on our website.

The same shall be communicated to You through SMS and E-mail Id You have provided us.

We are not liable for any exchanges/cancellations/refunds/payments for orders placed through third-party service providers if our product is listed on such platforms such as but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, and Snapdeal etc.

We reserve the right to ship a product to You. We can refuse an order if We do not want to serve You, without any legal repercussions.


RETURN POLICY - FOR INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS

  1. In case a User is not satisfied with the quality of the product or has received the wrong product, we shall replace the product with a similar product. 
  2. The User is liable to inform the same within 2 days or 48 hours of receipt of the product. 
  3. You can raise a Return Request for the same through your zuccii account.
  4. Alternatively, the User can also send an E-mail attaching a digital unboxing video of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to info@zuccii.com with the following on the body of the email:
    • Your order number
    • The shipping ID or item number
    • A brief description of the reason for the return
    • And tell us whether You are seeking a replacement or a refund.

Your request will be processed within 48 hours, and You will receive an email letting You know Your replacement is under production.

RETURN POLICY - FOR USED GOODS

  1. In case a User worn the jewelry or any product, due to hygiene reasons, we will not be able to accept your return.
  2. The User is liable to inform the condition of the product honestly 


PACKAGING OF ITEMS FOR RETURN

  1. To return an item, please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions located on the back of the Packing List included with Your order.
  2. Please include Your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as Your order number, the shipping ID, and item number. We encourage You also to include a brief description of the reason for the return.
  3. The instructions for shipping the products for return will be communicated to you through email. 
  4. The Customer will be bearing the cost of returning the items.


ORDER CANCELLATION 

  1. As a User, you may request for cancellation of your order before it has been processed.
  2. As a User, You may not request for cancellation of Your order after the order has been processed from the Seller. In such a case we will refund partial payments after reducing the restocking fee, if any, already made by You under the relevant order. The Restocking fee may be upto 10-15% of the Product cost, Shipping Cost for the return to be borne by the customer. Any refund on incorrect or damaged goods is as per the incorrect and damaged goods policy.
  3. Any Return Request may be declined, if found to be fraudulent 
  4. The Firm at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s): 
    • if it suspects a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or 
    • if it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use, or 
    • in case of unavailability of a product, or 
    • For any reason outside the control of the Firm including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
    • if the Firm does not want to do business with the User
  1. Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of product specifications and pricing, the details of a product as reflected on the Website may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect product information provided to the Firm and in such an event You shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Firm. In such an event, the Firm reserves the right to cancel Your order and refund any money that may have been paid by You towards the purchase of such products.
  2. We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.


REFUNDS 

  1. Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such return. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or You have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
  2. Once we are in receipt of the goods or have received the tracking information of the returned item from You, we will refund the amount to Your bank account, credit card, online wallet, etc. We typically issue Your refund within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the package.
