Shipping policy

For the Buyers and Customers

  • SHIPPING
    1. Most of the orders placed through us are shipped within 1-2 days of the order being placed if the product ordered is in stock and available by the seller, provided the order is placed before 5 PM Indian Standard Time.
    2. All orders placed after 5 PM Indian Standard Time shall be shipped 2-3 days succeeding business days.
    3. Business days exclude Public Holidays and Sundays
    4. The Shipping charges are subject to estimation thus, actual shipping charges will be applied to the invoice according to the best method/best price, and the same will be informed to you prior to the shipping.
    5. Accepting requests for pickup or special delivery are at the discretion of third-party delivery partners.
    6. The order is considered to be completed once the item has been handed over by the Executive to you.
    7. We are not responsible for any loss of package during transit. We will however provide necessary support in tracking with the courier service.
    8. In case shipment was returned due to absence of customer at the address, the reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.
    • PAYMENT
    1. Payment is required to be made before the shipment of your order.ย 
    2. We accept all convenient modes of payment such as UPI, Net banking, RuPay, Amex, MasterCard, and visa.ย 
    3. We do not accept cash on delivery as a mode of payment for your orders.
    4. For the convenience of buyers outside of India, we provide International payments through PayPal and RazorPay.


        DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT- ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY AND MODE OF DELIVERY
          1. The approximate estimated time of delivery of your order is within 5 to 7 working days from the seller procuring the shipment for domestic orders in the metro cities and 8 to 10 working days from the seller procuring the shipment for other domestic orders within India. Any delay in delivery of your order shall be communicated through SMS and/or E-mail on your registered number.
          2. The approximate estimated time of delivery of international orders is 15 to 20 working days from the seller procuring the shipment subject to other conditions.
          3. We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies partnering with us.ย 
          4. In some cases where the pin code/zip code is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post or other delivery services for those deliveries.ย 
          5. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
          6. Estimated Delivery time depends on the following factors including but not limited to โ€“ย 
          1. The sellerโ€™s availability of the product in stock
          2. The seller competent to manufacture the product
          3. The Location of the deliveryย 


          PACKAGING OF THE ITEM
            1. All forms of the jewellery listed on our website shall be packed well so that they are delivered to you undamaged during the transit. Zuccii.com shall take all necessary steps in protecting your package.
            2. In case a product delivered to you is found to be damaged during transit or if the product delivered to you is not packed in a manner as per the terms set above, it has to be brought to our notice within 24 hours after the receipt of the product.

            ONLINE TRACKING

              1. All orders placed by the Customer on Zuccii.com items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.
              2. We will email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you log in.
              3. All communication related to your order will be communicated with you after every stage of the process.

              INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

                1. Zuccii.com delivers certain items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from any corner of the world.ย 
                2. We use third party delivery services and Courier Partners, depending on your location to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.ย 
                3. Customs duty & other international taxes, etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
                4. The order may be delivered based on current circumstances and availability. The Company is not liable or responsible for any delay in the delivery of international orders.


                ONLINE TRACKING
                  1. CUSTOMS: Any package delivered outside of Indiaย may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees.
